OPPLE Lighting Europe Appoints Ruud van der Zanden as Managing Director

OPPLE Lighting Europe is pleased to announce the appointment of Ruud van der Zanden as Managing Director, effective 1 September 2026.

Ruud is an accomplished international business leader with extensive experience in the lighting industry. Having held senior leadership positions at Signify and Philips Lighting, he brings strong expertise in business management, commercial development, customer engagement, innovation, and business transformation across international markets.

In his new role, Ruud will lead OPPLE Lighting Europe through its next phase of development, focusing on strengthening the company’s position in the European market, deepening collaboration with customers and partners, and driving sustainable growth.
